The big stuff. Basically everything delivered on a pallet, major, heavy solar and energy storage components like solar panels, inverters above 32kg, dangerous goods like solar batteries, complete solar systems and oversized items like solar mounting rails.
When placing an order for solar panel delivery or solar PV components, please note the following delivery details. Depending from which of our warehouses your products is dispatched, for orders within Germany and Austria the delivery typically takes 2 – 5 working days. For other EU shipments (except islands), delivery times range from 2 – 7 working days, starting from the conclusion of the contract (or receipt of payment in cases of agreed advance payment). Solar component shipments outside the EU/EEA small item deliveries take typically 4 – 10 working days and up top 30 days (or more) for pallet, bulky items; depending on your customer clearance procedures. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Please note that if your order includes solar panel wholesale items or solar PV components with varying delivery dates, all items will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, the delivery date for the entire order will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
We offer global shipping for our products, but our online shop provides specific delivery costs for the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Croatia, Finland, Estonia, Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania.
Please note, we do not dispatch to military postcodes. We do deliver to islands but you must have your own freight forwarder to do that.
Shipping Note for Bulky Goods: Items marked as “bulky goods” will always be shipped by a freight forwarder, regardless of weight. For deliveries outside the EEA/EU and to island locations, you must arrange your own freight forwarder. In these cases, we will ship your solar PV components only to your designated freight forwarder.
Shipping Note for Long Goods: For items with a side length exceeding 1.2 meters, a long goods surcharge of €55 applies. These items are generally shipped via freight forwarding, with minimum shipping costs up to 100 kg plus the long goods surcharge.
All solar panel wholesale dispatch and delivery costs listed on our site are exclusive of the legally applicable VAT in the European Union.
Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality (meaning can be re-sold as new), the retail buyer within European Union has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution. For B2B customers the exchange or the return of the products is governed by the contractual agreement between 3Buy Solar and the customer.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state and packaging! If the device or the packaging is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund. The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components delivered to the customer is missing, or:
- the order was a special product, package, kit designed and put together specifically for the customer s needs;
- missing the receipt and invoice proving the fact of purchase in the 3Buy Solar Solar Installer Store;
- where applicable warranty card, documents missing ;
- packaging is damaged
- the product, its accessories and documentation are damaged, unpacked and cannot be re-sold as new
Returning of the goods is done – if not agreed in writing otherwise – at the cost of the customer. In cases and circumstances where the type of the product requires special care, 3Buy Solar or its vendors reserve the right to impose the use of their own carriers for the returned item by the customer. At the validity of our GTC these are: DHL, GLS, Dachser, TNT and Gebrüder Weiss.
The re-payment for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current EU legislation and our GSTC.
