    Understanding Your Tracking Information

    Carrier tracking information becomes available after the shipment has been registered within the relevant carrier network.

    Depending on the transport service, there may be a delay between receiving your shipping confirmation and the first tracking event appearing.

    Common tracking statuses include:

    Shipment information received
    The carrier has received the shipment information, but the goods may not yet have been collected or scanned at the terminal.

    Collected / Accepted by carrier
    The shipment has entered the carrier’s logistics network.

    In transit
    The shipment is travelling between logistics hubs, terminals or distribution centres.

    At delivery depot
    The shipment has reached the regional depot responsible for final delivery.

    Out for delivery
    The shipment has been assigned for delivery.

    Delivered
    The carrier has recorded the shipment as delivered.

    For palletised solar panels, solar battery systems, commercial energy storage equipment and oversized freight, tracking events may be less frequent than for standard parcel shipments.

    I Cannot Find My Tracking Number

    First check your dispatch confirmation, shipping notification or other documentation provided by 3Buy Solar.

    Please note that your:

    • 3Buy Solar order number;
    • shipment or consignment number; and
    • carrier tracking number

    may be different references.

    If you have received a carrier tracking number but no tracking information is visible yet, the shipment may have been registered but not yet scanned into the carrier’s network.

    If tracking remains unavailable or you believe the shipment information is incorrect, please contact our support team and provide your 3Buy Solar order number.

    Tracking Information Is Not Updating

    Temporary gaps between tracking events are normal, particularly for:

    • international freight;
    • palletised solar panel shipments;
    • solar battery and energy storage deliveries;
    • consolidated freight;
    • cross-border transfers between carrier terminals.

    Carrier tracking information is generated by the logistics provider and may not update continuously during transportation.

    If there has been no tracking update for an unusually long period or the expected delivery date has passed, please contact 3Buy Solar support.

    Receiving Solar PV and Energy Storage Shipments

    Commercial solar PV equipment can be heavy, oversized or palletised.

    Before accepting delivery, check the external condition of the shipment wherever reasonably possible.

    If the packaging, pallet or products show visible signs of transport damage, record the condition on the carrier’s delivery documentation and take photographs before unpacking.

    Report suspected transport damage to 3Buy Solar as soon as possible and retain the packaging until the case has been reviewed.
