For confirmed orders, 3Buy Solar may accept the following payment methods.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is the standard payment method for most B2B solar PV procurement orders.

It is suitable for solar installers, EPC companies, electrical contractors, resellers, solar wholesalers and solar distributors purchasing solar panels, solar inverters, solar batteries, energy storage systems and complete kits.

Bank transfer is commonly used for:

• Solar panel pallet orders
• Solar inverter procurement
• Solar battery and energy storage purchases
• Complete solar PV kits
• Mounting systems and accessories
• EV charging products
• B2B wholesale solar orders
• Project-based solar procurement
• Reseller and distributor purchases

After your order has been confirmed by your account manager, you will receive the correct payment details by email, invoice or proforma invoice.

Please always include your order number, invoice number or proforma invoice reference in the payment description.

Orders are processed only after the payment has been received, matched and confirmed.

Payment by Proforma Invoice

For B2B customers, 3Buy Solar can issue a proforma invoice before payment.

This is useful for companies that require internal approval, accounting verification, procurement documentation or project confirmation before completing the payment.

A proforma invoice may be used for:

• Solar PV project purchasing
• Solar panel and inverter packages
• Solar battery and energy storage procurement
• Multi-brand solar equipment orders
• Wholesale solar distributor orders
• Complete kits for residential or commercial solar installations
• EPC and installer procurement workflows

A proforma invoice does not guarantee long-term stock reservation unless this has been confirmed separately by 3Buy Solar.

Payment should be made only after your account manager confirms that the order is approved for payment.

Wise Payment Request

Wise payment request may be available for eligible confirmed orders.

When 3Buy Solar sends you a Wise payment request, you can pay securely through the Wise payment link using the online payment methods shown on the Wise checkout page.

Wise Business payment requests may support payment by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on the country of the Wise Business account and Wise’s eligibility settings.

Wise confirms that this feature is available for Wise Business accounts registered in the EEA, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada or the US.

A Wise payment request may be suitable for:

• Selected solar inverter orders
• Solar battery and energy storage purchases
• Smaller solar panel or accessory orders
• Approved B2B and B2C webshop purchases
• Complete kits where Wise payment is requested and approved
• Solar PV supplier orders requiring a fast online payment option

Wise payment request availability is not guaranteed for every order.

WISE PAYMENT REQUEST – ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

When 3Buy Solar sends you a Wise payment request, the available payment methods will be displayed directly on the Wise checkout page.

Wise payment requests generally support:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Some Maestro cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

The payment card usually needs to support secure online payments, including 3D Secure authentication. The card issuer must also approve the transaction.

Wise notes that card payments may fail if:

• The bank blocks the payment
• The card details are incorrect
• The card is not enabled for online payments
• Additional verification is required
• The payment exceeds card, issuer, Wise or currency limits
• The selected payment method is not available for the payer’s country or currency

Not accepted through Wise card payment

Wise generally does not support American Express / AMEX for card payments.

Because payment method availability is controlled by Wise, the payment options shown to the customer may vary depending on the specific order, payer country, Wise settings and card issuer approval.

Important Wise payment notes

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay availability may depend on:

• The country of the Wise Business account
• The payer’s country
• The card issuer
• The currency being paid
• Wise’s eligibility settings
• The payment method shown on the Wise checkout page
• Regional restrictions
• Card-issuer restrictions
• 3D Secure authentication
• Payment approval by Wise and the card issuer

For Apple Pay and Google Pay, Wise may apply regional and card-issuer restrictions. In some cases, Wise may require a local eligible card depending on the source currency and country.

3Buy Solar does not control which payment methods Wise displays at checkout.

HOW WISE PAYMENT REQUESTS WORK

Secure payment link for eligible confirmed orders

When Wise payment is available for your order, 3Buy Solar creates a secure payment request based on your confirmed invoice or order details.

The process usually works as follows:

1. 3Buy Solar confirms your final order amount and currency.
2. Your account manager confirms that the order is approved for payment.
3. 3Buy Solar creates a Wise payment request link for the correct amount.
4. The relevant order number or invoice reference is added for payment identification.
5. The payment link is sent to you by email, WhatsApp or another approved communication channel.
6. You open the Wise payment link and select one of the available payment methods shown by Wise.
7. You complete the payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer where available.
8. Once the payment is received and confirmed, your order can move forward for processing, reservation, warehouse preparation or dispatch.

Customers do not normally need a Wise account to pay through a Wise payment request link.

Available payment methods may depend on Wise, the customer’s country, currency, card type, transaction value, payment limits and payment approval.

CARD SECURITY AND FRAUD PREVENTION

Your card details are never stored by 3Buy Solar

Neither 3Buy Solar nor its operator stores debit card or credit card details in our own system.

3Buy Solar does not process card payments directly through the Installer Shop checkout and does not ask customers to send card details manually by email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, live chat or any other communication channel.

3Buy Solar staff will never ask you to send:

• Your card number
• Card expiry date
• CVC or CVV code
• Online banking login
• Authentication code
• One-time password
• Payment approval code
• Banking security credentials

If anyone asks for your card details on behalf of 3Buy Solar or its operator, you can be sure that this person is not our staff.

For secure card payment, only use the official Wise payment request link sent by your verified 3Buy Solar account manager.

If you receive a suspicious payment request, do not pay and contact 3Buy Solar directly through our official contact channels.

DELAYED PAYMENT TERMS

Available only for approved customers with an established payment history

Delayed payment terms may be available only for selected, approved B2B customers with a proven purchasing and payment track record with 3Buy Solar.

Delayed payment is not available automatically and cannot be selected directly during checkout.

Where approved in writing, delayed payment terms may include:

• 15-day payment term
• 30-day payment term

Approval may depend on:

• Customer history with 3Buy Solar
• Previous payment behaviour
• Order value
• Company information
• Financial reliability
• Internal credit review
• Banking partner feedback
• Business rating or credit assessment results
• Risk profile of the transaction

Risk assessment may be completed using information from our banking partners and trusted European business rating or credit assessment agencies.

3Buy Solar reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, reduce or modify delayed payment terms at any time, especially in cases of overdue invoices, changed credit profile, high-risk order value, insufficient transaction history or failed risk assessment.

Delayed payment terms apply only when they are confirmed in writing by 3Buy Solar.

CASH PAYMENTS

Normally not accepted

3Buy Solar normally does not accept cash payments.

Cash payment may happen only in very rare cases, and only where it is legally permitted, internally approved, properly documented and compliant with applicable cash transaction limits.

For European business transactions, cash payments are increasingly restricted under anti-money laundering rules. Regulation (EU) 2024/1624 introduces an EU-wide limit for large cash payments. Article 80 limits cash payments for goods or services to EUR 10,000 or the equivalent amount in national or foreign currency, including linked transactions, with Member States able to apply lower national limits. The Regulation is mandatory from 10 July 2027.

Because solar PV procurement often involves high-value goods such as solar panels, solar inverters, solar batteries, energy storage systems and complete kits, 3Buy Solar generally requires traceable payment methods such as bank transfer, proforma invoice payment or Wise payment request.

Cash should never be sent, handed over or offered unless this has been explicitly approved in writing by 3Buy Solar.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed only after confirmed payment

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

For bank transfer and proforma invoice payments, processing starts once the payment reaches our account and is matched with the correct order or invoice.

For Wise payment request payments, order processing begins once the payment has been received and confirmed by 3Buy Solar.

For delayed payment terms, order processing depends on the approved written payment agreement, customer status, risk assessment and order confirmation by 3Buy Solar.

To avoid delays, please make sure your payment includes the correct:

• Order number
• Invoice number
• Proforma invoice number
• Company name, where applicable
• Payment reference provided by 3Buy Solar

Incorrect or missing payment references may delay order confirmation, stock reservation, warehouse preparation or dispatch.

PAYMENT CURRENCY

Pay in the currency shown on your invoice

Payments are made in the currency shown on the invoice, proforma invoice, Wise payment request or confirmed order.

Depending on the customer type, billing country, delivery country, product availability and order value, your order may be issued in the applicable currency confirmed by 3Buy Solar.

For international B2B customers, the full invoice amount must be received.

Any bank fees, transfer charges, currency conversion costs, card fees, Wise fees or intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
