At 3Buy Solar®, we believe in a solar future that empowers—not exploits. As a leading solar PV supplier and energy storage distributor for both B2B and B2C customers across Europe, we are deeply committed to protecting human dignity, fair labor, and ethical practices across our global supply chain.

1. Zero Tolerance for Forced Labor

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of modern slavery, including:

  • Forced labor

  • Bonded labor

  • Involuntary prison labor

  • Child labor

  • Human trafficking

All solar panel manufacturers, solar inverter producers, battery suppliers, and logistics partners must certify that no forced labor is used at any stage of the production or delivery process—including raw material extraction (e.g., polysilicon mining) and final assembly of:

  • Solar panels

  • Solar inverters

  • Solar batteries and energy storage systems

  • Complete solar kits and solar PV components

2. Supply Chain Responsibility

We work exclusively with verified, ethical solar wholesalers and manufacturers that share our unwavering commitment to human rights and transparency.

We strongly prioritize partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers who meet or exceed global labor and ethical sourcing standards such as:

  • Solar Stewardship Initiative (SSI) Traceability Standard

  • SA8000 Certification by Social Accountability International

  • SEIA Solar Supply Chain Traceability Protocol

We actively request and review:

  • Social compliance audit reports (e.g., BSCI, SA8000)

  • ISO labor certifications

  • Supply chain traceability reports for Tier 1 solar products

  • Written declarations of slavery-free production

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate relationships with any supplier or solar PV distributor that fails to meet these criteria.

3. Ethical Procurement and Fair Trade

Our procurement policies are guided by internationally recognized labor and trade principles. We do not tolerate business with suppliers who:

  • Exploit workers through excessive hours or unpaid labor

  • Withhold employee documents or restrict mobility

  • Operate in unsafe or discriminatory working environments

We actively promote fair wages, dignity at work, and gender equity across every point in our solar product and energy storage supply chains.

4. Customer and Partner Expectations

All B2B partners—including solar resellers, EPCs, DIY installers, and sub-distributors—operating on the Buy-Solar.Online platform must:

  • Guarantee non-involvement in forced or trafficked labor

  • Adhere to EU labor standards and international human rights frameworks

  • Sign and align with our Code of Conduct and Anti-Slavery Policy

By doing so, we foster a solar ecosystem built on trust, ethics, and accountability.

5. Internal Conduct and Training

Within 3Buy Solar, our teams are trained to:

  • Recognize, report, and escalate any suspected modern slavery risks

  • Enforce fair labor practices in all operational decisions

  • Promote inclusive leadership and equal opportunity regardless of background

We nurture a company culture rooted in integrity, dignity, and proactive compliance.

6. Monitoring and Reporting

Our Anti-Slavery and Human Rights policy is reviewed regularly across all operational regions and updated in line with global best practices.

We provide robust, anonymous channels for:

  • Whistleblowing

  • Third-party concern reporting

  • Internal audits and external compliance verification

No retaliation is tolerated for reporting concerns in good faith.

Final Commitment

At 3Buy Solar®, doing good is part of doing business. We’re not just a solar PV supplier or energy storage distributor—we are a trusted European partner in building a fair, traceable, and transparent renewable energy future. Our anti-slavery values are embedded in every product we sell, every partner we onboard, and every solar journey we empower.
