SolaX Power, a global leader in smart energy storage and inverter technology, has officially launched its Installer Partner Program – a new global initiative designed to reward professional solar installers for their ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions.
The program is already being rolled out across Europe, and installers working with 3Buy Solar or any of its authorized partner networks are eligible to participate immediately.
The SolaX Installer Partner Program offers a unique opportunity for certified installers to earn points with every installation. These points can later be redeemed for exclusive benefits, including Amazon gift cards, premium SolaX Power products, and access to priority support services.
According to SolaX, the program was created to enhance installer engagement and incentivize technical excellence, while supporting the rapid expansion of solar energy and battery storage solutions in both residential and commercial markets.
Installers can access the program directly through the SolaXCloud mobile application. After downloading the app, users simply navigate to the homepage, tap “Common Services”, and enter the “Points Mall” to start earning. A welcome bonus is granted upon registration, and additional point multipliers are activated during seasonal promotions or campaign periods.
The Partner Program also includes a wide range of resources to support installer success — from online training modules and video tutorials to hands-on lab sessions for residential and C&I storage systems. Participants gain access to a large technical knowledge base through the SolaX Academy and benefit from remote firmware upgrades, fast device replacement services, and even on-site compensation for verified equipment issues.
SolaX has emphasized that participation in the Partner Program is free of charge, but members must meet minimum qualification standards. The membership selection process includes assessment of installer performance, product knowledge, and ongoing commitment to the SolaX brand.

How to Join?
To get started, download the SolaXCloud App, open the homepage, go to “Common Services”, and tap “Points Mall”. From there, follow the registration steps and begin collecting points with each project.
Installers already working with 3Buy Solar and its official European partner network are fully eligible to enroll.
